The last check at the roasting station

At the end of each roast the Master Roaster will check the roast for colour, taste, scent and texture.  Unlike other roasting processes, the coffee that comes out of the drum is totally clean.  During the roasting our extraction process pulls out not only the heat but also all the dust cause by the roasting itself. All that is pulled out is (biodegradable) waste that you will never find in a MiKoffee.

When MiKoffee roasted beans are crushed to make an American coffee or Espresso or Moka, all you will have are pure roasted beans.
