Sustainable oak wood

In direct fame roasting, the quality of the flame has a direct impact on the roast itself.  The essence of the wood itself will find itself inside the coffee.  Choosing the right wood is therefore an important factor for us.  This is why we use oak wood to create the flame that roasts our coffee beans.

The wood we use is all cut in a controlled, regulated and sustainable method from forest inside Tuscany Italy.  The use of wood as the source of fuel also makes the production of MiKoffee more environmentally sustainable.
